Check valves are used to prevent backflow and maintain pressure. They are commonly used as: a backup in case a pump fails, to help compressors and reciprocating pumps function, and when the system pressure exceeds the primary equipment capabilities. Check valves can be seen in industries such as refining, petrochemical, chemical, etc., oilfield production, water, steam, refining petro, and viscous fluids. Check valves are also commonly found in waste-water management systems and in manufacturing.

We offer specification, selection assistance, warranty, along with superior customer service expertise.

Basic features:

  • Bronze, cast iron, or cast ductile iron materials.
  • Flanged, threaded, grooved or solder end connections.

Balancing Valves should be used where:

  • Simple solution is needed for proportional or static balanced system with constant speed pumping
  • Flow balancing, flow metering, and shut-off are desirable in one valve.
  • Optimum system flow balance is required using minimum horsepower.

We offer an efficient, dependable, and cost-effective solution to measuring and balancing heating and cooling system flow rates that result in reduced maintenance, increased comfort and lower energy consumption.

The valves perform three functions: flow measurement, flow balancing and positive shutoff.

The design of this plug valve uses a half plug                             that is advantageous for applications requiring                                 a higher seating force with minimal friction from                           open to closed position. The torque seated valves                           also feature improved shut off capabilities. Eccentric plug valves are used for a wide range of flow control and isolation applications including clean and dirty water, sewage, sludge and slurries, air, and other services.

Designed specifically for municipal and industrial               pumping applications where heavy duty, extremely               reliable valves are needed. Connections are                             ANSI 125 flanges. Bodies are epoxy coated, cast iron.       Strainer basket is 304SS. (Sizes up to 12" are available).

Pilot operated, pressure gauge equppied valves                            capable of handling any line pressue reducing                   applications. Connection types: flanged, NPT, grooved.  Sizes available:  1-1/2" - 16".  Controls: electric, hydraulic, manual. Options: position indicator.

Air Release Valves function to release air pockets that           collect at each high point of a pressured pipeline,                         and are essential for pipeline efficiency and water              hammer prevention.  Air Release Valves are available                in a wide variety of orifice sizes and materials of             construction to meet a wide range of applications.

Double orifice air valve, consisting of basic valve and travelling valve. The large cross section at the basic valve serves the purpose of releasing air on filling the pipeline, on the one hand, and for air intake to prevent negative pressure on draining the pipeline, on the other hand.

Note: air valves contain compressed air. Prior to any maintenance work air valves shall be put out of operation and depressurized!

Different types and sizes of brass and brass nickel plaled valves are offered:
  • Gate valves, non-rising stem    1/2" to 4" NPT
  • Brass, nickel plated ball valves 1/2" to 4" NPT
  • Brass, nickel plated gas valves 1/2" to 2" NPT
  • Check valves 1/2" to 3" NPT
  • Foot vlaves 1/2" to 2" NPT
